Tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Wir mieteten ein Zimmer für 3 Nächte inklusive Abendessen. Zum Abendessen wurden ausschließlich italienische Gerichte im Umfang von 5 Gängen serviert. Sehr lecker und elegant! Das Hotel liegt im Stadtzentrum und verfügt über einen guten großen Parkplatz. In der Nähe von Geschäften und Restaurants. Unweit des Hotels befindet sich ein Olivenpark. Das Hotel verfügt über ein Spa und eine eigene Mineralquelle. Wenn wir uns entscheiden, erneut in die Toskana zu reisen, werden wir nicht darüber nachdenken, in welchem ​​Hotel wir übernachten werden.

non mi è piaciuto il trattamento in piscina, essere controllati e sgridati per fare silenzio e l'essere poi cacciati via per il tempo scaduto, nonostante sapevamo che si trattava solo di un ora, mi è sembrato poco cordiale. Per quanto riguarda la camera, letto troppo basso, odore di fogna dal bagno e camera troppo calda nonostante fosse tutto spento (siamo andati a fine ottobre)

Camere grandi ma che hanno bisogno di una ristrutturazione sia nel mobilio che nella struttura. Colazione a buffet servita dal personale che ho apprezzato perche si limitano gli sprechi di cibo ed è piu igienica. Nel complesso sufficiente perche le torte erano secche. La invece ottima e abbondante con personale di sala simpatico e professionale. Una nota negativa è stata la sorpresa di dover pagare le bottiglie di acqua nel frigorifero in stanza in quanto non era presente nessun prezziario e non ci è stato notificato il costo al ceckin tenendo presente che nel frigo erano presenti solo le bottiglie di acqua abbiamo pensato fossero gratuite come ci è successo di trovare in altre strutture. Non mi dispiace dover pagare un servizio ma vorrei essere consapevole dei costi prima in modo da poter decidere. Struttura inoltre molto comoda per raggiungere a piedi le piscine comunali di chianciano che sono molto ben tenute, non abbiamo usufruito della spa interna.
