Late check in and staff were great. Only concern was the downstairs restaurant (Whiskey in the Jar) downstairs. Greeting staff rude and very unhelpful. They were trying to enforce a no phone no order regime and treated us older customers as a problem. Avoid eating here!

The hotel was centrally located and some rooms had river views. The bathroom has a glass wall that can only be partially covered with a curtain. If you want intimacy in your shower, this may not be for you. There was a burning smell coming into the room through the air conditioning, maybe from the restaurant below? After a few nights it started to give me a headache. The cleaners left me little gifts for the days I didn't need cleaning. It was cute. :)

What a lovely hotel. It was so clean and modern and the hotel smells lovely. The hotel is in a perfect location and is close to lots of restaurants and is attached to a great restaurant/pub (whiskey in a jar) amazing cocktails and food. Would definitely stay here again and fully recommend it

Curtains for windows were automatic, could not turn off. So we were waken at midnight and again at 0600 because of curtains going up.

The room was very nice and the beds as well. Very clean. Perfect location. The only bad thing was that the spa was very expensive to use, which I received an e-mail about AFTER I had booked and payed. And that there was also no access to the fitness even though it is stated as if there is.

Good stay in the city. Disappointed that the ventilation system in our room was not at all effective. Even though we set it to -4degrees from the room temp (21.5) it didnt cool. Needs to be checked in room 114. The structure of that room isnt the best due to the pole in the middle, which is unavoidable ofcourse. There are no coat hanging hooks. The tub is odd and doesnt work as an effective shower. The water flow wasnt good so needs deep cleaning. The toiletries and amenities like coffee are good to have. The bed was comfy. A bit mixed feeling overall. But for a short stay was fine. Pool is not included and in another building/ different service anyway.

Horrible! The pool pictures aren't from this hotel, but from another one 100m away. Walking 100m on the rain, wind and cold is the opposite of comfort. And even though the hotel is much more expensive than the others on the region, you still need to pay 90 PLN per person extra to use the pool/spa area for 1,5 hours. The elevator area smelled bad. The bed wasn't very comfortable. The bathroom had just a bathtub where it was impossible to take a shower standing. I would pick any other hotel over this one and won't ever again be staying at a Radisson hotel.

I normally don’t write reviews but it was unpleasant stay, first room I got (the electricity plug didn’t work) I managed to get another room, it was nicer but the doorway (futryna) of the bathroom was broken, soon as you touch it it comes off (hazard) , also the main light in one of the bedrooms was not working, in addition the windows were dirty, I wanted to take pictures of the nice views but unfortunately I was not able to. In the evening it was loud, there is a bar under the hotel and all I could hear was base especially when I layed on the bed. It was frustrating. I didn’t complaint the second time about the new room as all I wanted is just to enjoy my stay rather keep rising issues.
