American First time in Ghanna
Everything was Amazing our first time in Ghanna the hospitality and service was top notch. GREAT food and Drinks very affordable ...the only complaint i have is the bed was very hard , but after doing some research that is normal over here maybe have options for a soft bed ...that is my only complaint ...would definitely stay here again in the future

Very good value for money. Only fault was the DSTV not working properly. Despite a number of complaints it was not rectified. Oh, and the band noise in my room from the restaurant when they had a live band.

The property is ideally positionned close to the airport and other facilities. There is availability of staff however, they are not training in hospitality and customer service. When I checked in at 8pm, my room was not ready, and during my 8-days stay at the hotel, every single day I had to ask for an extra towel, I booked a room for 2 and I was constantly given 1 towel every day.

Had a great stay at the Airport View Hotel. Excellent check in and out experience. All of the staff were very professional. Including the bell staff, airport shuttle driver and room attendants.
