We are seniors there were stairs no help with luggage as proprietor was not there when we left no handicap spaces no ocular in the door for safety security camera monitors the hallway where the customer rooms were. Ice machine was very tiny water was not fresh in the cubes our room was on the street which is noisy but very nice Inn

We had a wonderful time in Newport and staying at the Chart House Inn. The Ida Lewis room was perfect - nice bathroom, spacious room, comfortable bed. The staff was extremely welcoming and nice.
