Good stuff: Mostly friendly staff Amazing views Decent food for breakfast and dinner Big room and balcony Bad stuff: Slightly lower quality than expected Dated aspects of room like yellow-ing toilet bath, hot tub didn't work (and wasn't fixed despite asking), cracks in corners, lightbulb hanging out of ceiling Room felt a bit sparce WiFi signal from room was terrible, wasn't fixed despite asking and they seemed very reluctant to offer us a different room (hotel want even full) Charged service for breakfast despite it being free (they said this was a madatory government thing but we didn't get this elsewhere) Seemed to be charged service on top of items that already included service at final bill Reception staff seemed a bit uptight I'm fortunate enough to be a hotels.com gold member, and this hotel advertised a free upgrade and VIP check in. Didn't seem to receive either of these, which was a shame as it was the main reason we booked the place. Each staff member is clearly given an American name, which feels a bit weird. Overall: a bit disappointed for what we paid, as we got luxury when we paid the same in a great place in la Fortuna. Most of the issues above were politely raised but not really acted on.

Great location near the Manuel Antonio National Park. Our suite had a large balcony with beautiful ocean view. The room was clean, comfortable, and properly equipped. Great breakfast and well served. The thing we enjoyed the most was the private beach about 10 minutes walk down the road. Parking was a little tight. We could ask for help--the staff was always very helpful--but we chose to park near its sister hotel about 100 yards away. We will say there again if return to the area someday.

Very nice hotel. Pros: located near everything. Excellent breakfast and service. Staff very friendly and accomadating. Shuttle to local beaches. Rooms clean. Rooms updated and maintained. Monkeys, toucan right outside your room. Cons: very steep driveway with limited parking but staff did help with parking. Hotel could use a lot of maintenance structurally.

Excellent service and great view. Breakfast was outstanding daily and a great place to relax. I would suggest finding a local driver or using bus as taxis can get expensive. Overall wonderful location and service. I'll definitely be back 👍

We received a warm welcome. Staff was very attentive and professional. Breathtaking views and amazing wildlife. They also accommodated our vegan requests.

La Mansion Inn in Manuel Antonio has the most beautiful view in all directions and a perfect place for birdswatching too. The rooms are large with all kinds of facilities and with balcony. Sercive is very kind and want to do their best to help on any matters. Very close to beach at the pacific (less than 15 minutes). Highly recommendable.

When my friend and I arrived at La Mansion Inn we were pleasantly surprised that our room had been upgraded to the Presidential Suite. The room was spacious and clean and the view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. The staff made us feel well taken care of during our short staff here!
