Horrible Bad Experience beware of Thieves
It Was sonHorrible me and we did not feel safe just Check in I left in the front desk somebody came stole my iPhone I Have to call the Police twice It was so horrible me and girl we did even sleep all night because of the noice and banging on doors hard & Crazy noice and screaming she was scared to take the elevator so we took the stair case it was bad have to see Drugs Items in the stair case We so lucky that our kids wasn’t with us to see crazy things going on The 7 floor That my girl wanna to leave in morning I took her to train so went back to the hotel to get my stuff I left early too Im still trying to track down my phone Beware of thieves and what going around in the hotel it’s not safe

I was not too please. The sheets had red spots. I dont know if it was stained or dried blood. Room was kind of small. No plastuc laundry bag. I was there for 2 days with my boyfriend. Only 2 towels. It kind of looks like this place is used to shelter the homeless.

No elevators working
Checked in after midnight and shortly after there were 0 elevators working. I had to climb up n down 12 flights anytime I wanted to go smoke or go out to store. Horrible timing. One didn’t work at all and other stopped on 2nd floor and no longer worked until i checked out. Night Staff gentleman was super friendly.

Not What I expected for second time around
I stayed at this hotel in the past and it was great. The room was spacious and comfortable. This time around especially with recent events like covid-19. This hotel was definitely sheltering homeless in the hotel. I understand due to what's happening but paying customers should be made aware of those changes to decide before considering booking a hotel. The room O had originally booked was not available and I should have not been allowed to book. I had to downgrade my room, which is fine. But the room I was given was very small. I wasn't offered a larger room. Thinking back on it, it was probably occupied with homeless residents. I will never stay at this location again. Hotels.com should very rooms are available before they offer on the site. I know there is a way to do that. Software is available for everything else. Disappointed to say the least.

In need of renovation
The staff was very welcoming and the room was generally clean. However the room is in need of repair. There is a lot of wear and tear on the furniture, fixtures and walls.most of the screws were missing on the light fixtures. Im not a big fan of carpet but it didnt bother my allergies much. It is too bad they didnt have a fridge since they are in a restaurant area. The water pressure was low in the faucet and toilet. Hot water was not consistant. The plug ins couldnt hold my charger securely. I appreciate that on my floor it was quiet most of the time. The firm pillows were not really firm. They didnt feel much different from the soft pillows.wifi was good. I was even able to watch tv. The bed was well made.I hope they bring back hot breakfast again. If breakfast is not being provided at all, it should be noted.Overall the stay was okay.
