Quite simple rooms, with few amenities. Location is great and that is what you pay for. Breakfast , while included, is all factory foods and very basic and low quality - but it is included. Free bottled water every day is a nice touch. Rooms are not well noise isolated - expect noise coming in from corridors and also from the roads outside. Overall fine to just sleep if you are not super sensitive about noise in a great location.

Staff was great! Plenty of ammenities, my only complaint is that you could hear neighboring rooms door close loudly. Doors would slam shut unless you were careful to slow it down and unfortunately you could hear that throughout the day and night. Maybe installing something to slow doors down would help.

The hotel was clean, perfectly located to MSG and Penn Station. The coffee was hot, the breakfast nice and the staff extremely kind and helpful. It is a well used hotel- things were a bit worn in the room but everything worked! High room gets you a higher view of the building directly beside you, not worth the extra price. A bit of a wait at times for the elevator, as with any hotel in NYC. Used valet although there was on street parking available if I’d have wanted and a parking garage across the street. Perfect driving access from the highway-quick on and off. May stay again! Thank you!

The rooms are much nicer than the lobby. Staff was exceptional. Breakfast one of the days was really, really good. You can borrow a bike and helmet from the front desk. Really great area to explore. I would stay here again.
