Horrible.
Horrible. I arrived at 10:45pm and the address is not clearly marked. I checked my email for information or instructions, barely a word except check in closes midnight and a phone number. I call, no answer. I call again, the call gets canceled. I wait. I call again, call is canceled several times. I test, no reply. I call hotels.com and they said they spoke to the company and to call again. The call is answered but no one speaks. I call 4 more times, but no one speaks. Hotels.com said the owner said I called and said I was going to be there at 2:30am which is past their check in times. This is a lie, I am outside of the property by now it’s 11:30pm. The owner of this small property plays stupid games because they don’t like their job, and they don’t send clear check in instructions with land marks to ensure that people know they are in the right place - it is not marked with a number at the front of the property you need to guess. No instructions for an intercom. Nothing. Absolutely pathetic behaviour. I sent proof to hotels.com that I was outside the property waiting on the street with the homeless and the beggars, the neighbourhood does not feel safe at night time, and alternate accommodation was found for me for the same price. I am a respectful person, I don’t complain, I’d have been happy to just be let into my room after waiting, but the owner wanted to play games. I’ve never had such an awful experience in my life.
