Nice place to stay

Nice place to stay in Kununarra. The restaurant and sports bar are very noisy. The food was quite good. Renting a car is essential if you dont want to be stuck here with nonexistant taxi service and a hot walk into town. The pool is refreshing and nice. No views or sunset vistas from the hotel.

It was okay the prices in restaurant was over priced. Cleaning was atrocious!!!!! Pool cold as even in the heat. We had Luke warm showers for 3 days apparently the circuit breaker had tripped? Overall it was still a welcome sight after some pretty ordinary places we’ve stayed

Stayed here for a night before travelling further afield. The staff at reception were lovely and the rooms comfortable and very large. The food in the restaurant on site was great and certainly generous. The pool looked amazing but unfortunately didn't have a chance to use. Pricing for what it is was a little on the high side.

Kununurra is a small town and accomodations are limited. This is probably the best place to stay, and certainly the best place for eating. The bar and restaurant were pretty much the only place open in the evening. The daily specials were tasty and the sports bar had great beers. The pool is very nice, the rooms are huge, clean and quiet. Free shuttle to the airport. Lovely staff.

Busy hotel and restaurant. Check in was at 3.00pm and NOT 2.00m as on booking email and website. Kept waiting until 3.00 in foyer. Room and grounds comfortable with a great pool. Restaurant and bar soacioy but severely understaffed with at times 15 people waiting for bar service. Only one barmaid on. As large tour groups stayed here this demand at dinner time should have been expected.

"Living on past glory" Stayed a total of 5 nights in July 2022 - failed to pick-up from airport as promised and confirmed - staff simply did not want to be there - even avoiding you if they could - rooms at best average - looking very tired - rooms only serviced every 3 days - still pay for full service - poor maintenance - almost impossible to book a table for dinner -forced to sit in bar - poor food and bar service (meals were cold on the 2 occasion we ate there) - staff's priority was social media on their phones - even getting ice was a problem for some staff members - drinks very expensive compared to Kununurra Hotel - Could not open glass door to outside- incorrect key, could not get fixed. There are much better options eleswhere

Don’t bother

Shower was mouldy and slippery. No soap to wash hands provided. Place was mainly empty but given room close to road and backed onto a service road. All PowerPoints were missing face plates and none within 2m of bed, irritating and odd. Room was spacious but that’s the best to say about it. Had dinner with unfriendly wait staff, who could not have given a fig about meals, drinks or service. Seemed to be a lot of signs around with ‘DO NOT rules’ and this came across very unwelcoming. Wouldn’t stay again. Lots better. On a Saturday night, last drinks were called in sports bar open to public and patrons at 8pm with 20 pax still in restaurant eating and drinking. WTAF?
