10 min to Spooky Nook, downtown Hamilton
10 min to Liberty Center, Children's Hospital Liberty Campus, Christ Hospital
5 min to Bridgewater Falls shopping center with restaurants, Target, Walmart, Dick's Sporting Goods, and anything else you can think of!
The Space:
No parties or events allowed. This is strictly enforced with exterior recording cameras.
All new stainless steel kitchen appliances!
House Layout:
First floor has living room, dining room, and kitchen. Second floor has 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, and 1 Full) and a full bath. Main master bedroom has a 43" TV in the bedroom.
The lower level has a foosball table, laundry room, another full bath, and an office + twin bed.
Backyard has a basketball goal and a fire pit! Outdoor furniture coming April/May!
Amenities:
We use cotton duvets and cotton sheets on all the beds. All beds are medium memory foam mattress for a comfortable night's sleep.
bathroom - Charmin, Pantene/Head & Shoulders shampoo and Olay/Dove body wash
kitchen - Dawn, Bounty, Cascade, & Keurig Starbucks k-cups
all sheets washed in Tide
Fast 500Mbps Internet with wifi extenders throughout the house & 55" Smart TV in the living room
Additional add ons by request only with additional fee:
-fridge stocked with your favorite items before arriving
-pack n play, high chair, or other baby items
ask us about anything else you would like, and we will try to accommodate as much as possible
