The property emailed me 5 days Before we were set to arrive to let me know that our hotel rooms have been canceled. With no real explanation

When we got there there was a note on the office door that the owners have been evicted since january. So needless to say we had to find another one.

Warning
This property was closed when I arrived there - I still have not received a reimbursement for my two-night booking. There was a Sheriff's notice on the front door -- not happy at all!

Just don’t
Name change. Now OYO. It’s really gone down hill since we stayed here a few years back. It used to have a breakfast. Now it says coffee is available but it wasn’t made in the morning. Cold from the night before? Morning employee surprised when we asked for cups. She was useless. Night time clerks and lady who cleans rooms are still good. Rooms are clean but no soap, hot water took forever and we had to ask for towels. Cheap place so we weren’t expecting luxury. This was beyond bad. Dog poop all over the outside. Homemade Do Not Disturb sign took the cake. Literally a sign of how much this place has gone down

Will never use this establishment nor any other that they own, filthy dirty place a huge waste of money, and got sick from the filthy stagnant air in the building.

My stay.
I stayed four nights in a row and the only complaint I have is the coffee situation. It was cold two times the only place you can get it. Please put a coffee pot and microwave in each room. Other than that small thing, my stay was very pleasant.

Okay stay
First thing you notice is the smell, a funky smell, but i did notice employees all over the hotel scrubbing walls, so it started to smell a little better. Rooms were okay, walls needed wiped down, our beds were clean, but the toilet water was running on the floor a little, and the face of the drawer fell off, the ice machine was broken, and one of the doors we couldnt get into so we had to walk around the hotel. There is Some shady looking people outside hotel and talking to people through their window. Looks a little run down, but seems like they are trying to make it better. Okay stay for the price. Needs some work!

Still Under Construction
Not bad for the price. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I’m not sure if they are still under construction or what, but I don’t think the hotel is still under construction or what, but I don’t think it should be open to the public if it’s not fully functional yet. The ice machines don’t work so they sent us next door to the pizza parlor to get ice. They don’t have do not disturb signs, so they made me one from a piece of paper. The coffee service was less then desirable also as the coffee was cold. In my opinion these things are poor customer service. The old swimming pool has not been renovated and it is an eye sore, making the hotel look unattractive from the outside. Also the staff is not very professional and when I checked into my room in the evening it took about 20 minutes before someone came to the front desk to help me.

Great place for a quick overnight stay in Spokane. Staff was very nice and helpful. Great location and easy to find and get around town from. We stay in Spokane a lot to see our son and grandson and will definitely stay here again.

It's a budget property and I stay in Spokane frequently. The breakfast was eliminated, but I have no problem with that (importantly, there is still coffee). The rooms are as comfortable as they were when this was a Red Lion. The staff were friendly and helpful. I will stay there again.

OMG my rags i use to wash my car are better than the towels supplied by this place. Horrible smelling toiletries and room. The carpet was very dark however the ground in dirt and crud covered every part except under the sink and furniture. If i was offered a ten dollar a night rate I wouldn’t take it. In short this is place is equivalent to an upscale CRACK HOUSE!

It's obvious that the ammonia-based cleaner has been applied liberally, everything is sticky and has a perfumed ammonia smell that permeates the entire building. The room that I rented was structurally unsound as represented bt the more than a 6-inch dip in the floor from the door toward the outside window. There were stress cracks in the walls some more than 1/2 inch wide. When outside looking at that part of the building stress cracks can be seen through the siding through all three floors and that part of the building is obviously moving independent of the rest of the building. The door to our room had a large gap between the door and door jam so that the door could be easily opened with a credit card,
