The property is excellent, but the experience was terrible.
I reserved 3 nights from 30 July to 2nd of August, drove for 3 hours to find the reservation, made by mistake from the management site (expedia their local representative) from July 31st to 3rd of August. After many tough discussions with the local management company, that kept insisting hard that they are not responsible for the mistake, they found me an apartment for the first night, smaller than our needs. Then they asked me to leave on the second, a complete joke and annoyment, whereas the new reservation was till the 3rd. Of course we refused. Then they charged me for the first night in the small apartment that did not fit my family and my daughter had to find another place to stay in this first night. We got the passes for the beach quite late in the second day. My vacation was seriously ruined by the series of mistakes and the tough negotiations that they involved me for mistakes from the service provider site. Everyone was polite but the ruining of the vacation was inevitable. Again, the property itself is great, but the experience was terrible.
