Good hotel, expensive breakfast
In general a hotel in very good condition. We tried the breakfast on the last day 1 originally offered at 18 €, finally charged 23 € per person. It’s a rip-off even for the lower price (food quality and selection): Also had issues with the parking. We came by rental car wanted to check in and drop luggage only before returning the car. Had to pay the parking free at the adjacent public garage with no refund from the hotel for the short time parking. The location is good with lots of shopping and dining options around. I would not recommend the hotel however, there are better options with better price/service in Mannheim.
