O pior ponto foi que o clube nao tem garçons, bar fica longe das piscinas,e não pode beber cerveja na borda da piscina,nem na piscina coberta embora tenha 2 mesas dentro da piscina,o bar da piscina coberta estava fechado no fds que fomos. Cafe da manhã, almoço e jantar,bem simples porém muito gostoso. Nao sei se volto pelo fato estressante de ter que sair da piscina toda hora pra dar um gole,ou andar toda molhada uns 70 metros pra buscar cervejas na lanchonete. Enfim poderia ter sido mais agradável

Amamos! Comida simples, mas muito gostosa! Café da manhã muito bom, mas falta um yogurte natural. Ótima estrutura de piscinas e parque, mas falta climatizar as piscinas de brinquedos. Chalé com tamanho bom, mas o banheiro tem um box muito pequeno e as torneiras dão choque. Funcionários amáveis e equipe de recreação boa.

O hotel é muito ruim. Ficamos no melhor quarto, por fora era bem feio mas por dentro até que era ok. Mas faltava água (ia e vinha durante um banho), faltou luz 3x a noite. Estilo contêiner então a acústica é ruim. Comida muito ruim. Estrutura de da piscina principal é boa para criança. Mesas e cadeiras são poucas e mal cuidadas. Poucos lixos. Atendimento ruim. Check in no quarto somente 18h e um dos quartos não estava pronto nesse horário. Aparentemente era um clube que foi reaproveitado mas nada recebeu manutenção. Quadras velhas e muitas estruturas abandonadas.

Bom.
Chalé mini diversão. Uma cama de casal e duas tipo mini camas no ante quarto. Banheiro bem pequeno. Cama um pouco dura. Comida bem repetitiva. Numa época normal custo benefício bom. Para o fim de ano achei valor um pouco alto. Não há salva vidas nem ninguém olhando a área da piscina. Tem monitores que brincam c as crianças.

Lugar bonito para um péssimo serviço prestado
Começando pelo Check-in, atendente queria nos cobrar novamente, informando que o cartão de crédito não foi aprovado. Tive que "provar" pelo email que recebi que tinha sido aprovado o pagamento. No restaurante, além dos atendentes terem a cara super fechada, não tinha muitas opções, de suco por exemplo só de caixinha e só dois sabores (goiaba e manga). Tipo, aqueles que ninguém gosta. A comida, era gostosa, mas pouquissima variedade. Sobremesa então, nem se fala. O café da manhã, era de 07:30 as 09:30. O pão de queijo acabou era 08:50 e não houve mais reposição. O suco no café da manhã era de pózinho, quente e aguado. A reposição dos itens que tinham acabado eram bem demoradas, isso quando tinha. No chalé, um dia, tive que tomar banho com água suja, isso mesmo, água suja, o que acabou sujando a toalha mais do que se estivesse sem banho. No check-out, 25 minutos na fila de espera. Enfim, o hotel tem uma estrutura bonita, um visual legal, o lago (poderiam explorar ele melhor), porém o tratamento e serviço é típico de quem está quebrando e não está nem ai mais para o lugar.

O hotel fazenda é muito bom esta sendo feitas reformas que deixara o hotel melhor ainda. Os funcionarios muito atenciosos e prestativos. Com relaçao ao almoço, janta e sobremesa acho que deveria ter mais variedade. Mas no geral amei minha estadia ai. Super recomendo.
