10/10 Exceptional

The room was the biggest I’ve ever stayed in in NYC, perfect for a family with kids. The breakfast had a lot of options, and the hotel is in a great area. We were sad to have to leave a night early because of the nor’easter.

10/10 Exceptional

Spacious, comfortable penthouse, but breakfast fell short I stayed in a penthouse single room, which was exceptionally spacious and comfortable. The large kitchen, dining area with a dining table, and expansive private balcony were particularly impressive. However, the breakfast did not live up to the quality of the accommodation.

We stayed in a two bedroom penthouse apartment with a sofabed which was great as it meant our two teenage children could have their own rooms. The location was amazing and we really loved being able to eat the free breakfast on the terrace to our apartment. A great find!

We had such a nice stay here. The staff was so helpful and nice. The breakfast was just okay, but if you’re traveling the city with small children, a small snack in the morning goes along way.

The staff were amazing! The location was perfect. As a family of 5, we had space to move around in the 2 bedroom family “room” that was really an apartment. Would highly recommend for families. It was perfect!!!

Amazing location, huge rooms, excellent coffee machine available 24/7, and an incredible staff, especially Doug, who welcomed us at check-in for the second time! The rooms have a fully equipped kitchen, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. You simply can’t find a better deal in Manhattan. See you next year!

10/10 Exceptional

Very nice experience with my family specious apartment very well located, breakfast was good Staff very helpful and friendly , the only thing is a fee they didn't advise beforehand that added $29 daily and a little mold in the bathroom, apart from that amazing experience as long as they keep same rates we'll stay here again and always

This hotel was perfect for our girls trip. Central location but still a quiet area. Could walk about anywhere we wanted within about 15-20 min. The staff was amazing. The room was spacious and soundproofed well. Got almost no road noise. The free breakfast was very nice and the kitchen was so useful. Would definitely stay here again.
