A nightmare, avoid at all cost
This was by far the worse experience we had at an Egyptian hotel - and we have been to a fair few including several along the Red Sea coast.
They discriminate based on nationality, food is appalling, staff and management will do anything to get money out of you. We checked out after 2 days and they refused to refund the remaining part despite acknowledging their failures. In essence, apologising for discriminating is good enough and we should feel good about it! Absolutely appalling, the manager - Mohammed - is equally delusional as he feels to be respected because he us the manager and speaks 5 languages. Bizarre behaviour and we did not feel safe. Do yourself a favour and look around on forums for the negative reviews, you will see a trend. I cannot understand how guests can rate this hotel as good - again just do your due diligence and you will see why you cannot rely on these supposedly good reviews.
