Best hotel in sharm
I stayed here for a week and had a blast. The hotel is so majestic and has everything you need -Beach spa pools restaurants coral. And the location is perfect, 15mins walk to naama bay or free shuttle. Cleanliness- The entire hotel is super clean, literally every inch is spotless. Even the beach toilets! Hamsa (the cleaner of our room) went above and beyond. Food- The food was so tasty especially the barbecue outside! every bite in that barbecue had flavour! No food poisoning! Mohammed, who served us during breakfast, always had a cheerful and helpful attitude, always going above and beyond. Entertainment- The animation team was super with lots of activities for adults and children. Every evening the entertainment during dinner was fantastic ranging from dancers to musicians. Antonia, part of the animation team (I suspect she might be the leader) is very talented and cheerful. Staff- Also the staff are all genuinely nice (e.g waiters and lifeguards), not one of them asked for a tip but they all gave superb service. Ali (who would look after the pool and beach area at night) was constantly going above and beyond to offer his assistance to make our stay even more comfortable. Nabil on the beach was very friendly and making our stay comfortable. I was scared of swimming, he even offered to help me swim in his free time. Coral - And the hotel has its own coral which is out of this world! Brilliant place for snorkelling with life jackets available.
