It was clean but it felt antiquated and the beds were not very comfortable..although it was just three blocks from the beach it was close to the entrance of a favela. The pool was very small compared to the picture..and had a scrubby look...breakfast was good and the internet is very poor ...

The worst experience of my life at this hotel. Horrible service. The hotel sells itself with photos, but don't be fooled; the photos aren't of the hotel. The hotel is old, the rooms smell awful, and nothing works. Everything is antiquated, and the manager, named Rene, is a person with no respect or manners when dealing with customers. If I could, I would give it 0 stars. Horrible experience!

The hotel didn't have a iron thats a big minus, the bathroom floor needed some work done the breakfast was good but I wouldn't stay there because my plans was messed up because of them not having a iron I also saw a roach

This was my third stay here. I did not like the room they gave me. There were only four power outlets: One in the bathroom, one in the corridor close to the entrance, another reserved for the TV, and one reserved for the A/C. The A/C one was closest to the bed. If I wanted to charge my phone while in bed, I had to unplug the A/C, & sit/laydown on the edge of the bed. It was an uncomfortable experience. Luckily, I did not need to use the A/C during this stay. If I come back, I'll bring an extension cord. I also learned their guest policy has changed at the worst possible timing. Due to past drama, only registered guests are allowed in the rooms now.

Localização do hotel ótima! Porém os funcionários deixaram muito a desejar. A equipe que estava no turno na nossa chegada foi excelente, o Sr. Campos, e os meninos muito atenciosos, cuidadosos e gentis, porém; os próximos turnos, um terror. Pessoal extremamente perdido, uma demora sem fim pra ser atendido, nosso checkin foi atrasado por horas, e o pessoal que ficava no auxílio, super grosseiro quando pedíamos pra pegar a mala, ou perguntávamos alguma coisa. O quarto não era dos melhores. Todo mofado, água do chuveiro mal saia, e a pia do banheiro super entupida. O café manhã ficou excelente no domingo, porém nos outros dias, deixou a desejar bastante na qualidade e nas opções.

Reservamos um quarto nos colocaram num quarto inferior, fedido, mofado e sem ar condicionado. Após muita reclamação, trocaram de quarto. Mas senti que era aquela máxima (turista é trouxa). Fiquei muito triste, todo mundo elogia. Mas eu não recomendo de modo algum.

Lo antiguo del hotel , precariedad de las instalaciones, funcionamiento pésimo del wifi, baños que se llenan de humo de cigarro desde otras habitaciones podría dejarse pasar, pero NOS ROBARON PERTENENCIAS y presumo que fue durante la limpieza. Eso es lo peor! No vale pena de ningún modo por la incomodidad que produce eso. Piso 11. Precio elevado para lo ofrecido hoteles de cadena son incluso más convenientes
