It was clean but it felt antiquated and the beds were not very comfortable..although it was just three blocks from the beach it was close to the entrance of a favela. The pool was very small compared to the picture..and had a scrubby look...breakfast was good and the internet is very poor ...

Great bang for your buck.
Great location from eateries, and the beach. The view was immaculent. Could see Christ the Redeemer from the rooftop pool. Concierge was very well versed in the english language. Hotel alittle outdated, but still worth the money. Would go back.

The hotel didn't have a iron thats a big minus, the bathroom floor needed some work done the breakfast was good but I wouldn't stay there because my plans was messed up because of them not having a iron I also saw a roach

This was my third stay here. I did not like the room they gave me. There were only four power outlets: One in the bathroom, one in the corridor close to the entrance, another reserved for the TV, and one reserved for the A/C. The A/C one was closest to the bed. If I wanted to charge my phone while in bed, I had to unplug the A/C, & sit/laydown on the edge of the bed. It was an uncomfortable experience. Luckily, I did not need to use the A/C during this stay. If I come back, I'll bring an extension cord. I also learned their guest policy has changed at the worst possible timing. Due to past drama, only registered guests are allowed in the rooms now.

À equipe nao teve o boncenso de arrumar 2 quartos com cama de solteiro alegando o atendente silvestre que tinha 54 anos de hotel mas nao teve a competência e simpatia de arrumar os 2 quartos pois estava eu pai e 3 filhos homens em 2 quartos o resto foi razoável

A localização é muitíssimo boa, perto da praia, de mercado, de lanchonete, de estação de metrô (Siqueira Campos), tudo perfeito. As comodidades são boas e a equipe é muito boa também. Eu melhoraria a iluminação da área da piscina, pois a noite é muito escuro a área da piscina e melhoraria um detalhe no café da manhã. O café da manhã é bastante variado, mas a parte de alimentos quentes, na minha opinião pecaram em um detalhe: fiquei hospedada 6 dias e em todos eles o cardápio quente foi ovos mexidos, salsicha, cuscuz e batata doce... Sugeriria alternar com uma macaxeira, um inhame, ou cará... acrescentava uma carne moída, ou um frango desfiado, uma isca de carne... Enfim... No quinto e sexto dia eu já não aguentava ovos mexidos.

O quarto estava limpo, havia servico de quarto diario, com limpeza de chao e troca de roupa de banho.
Opções mais variada de pratos salgados no cafe da manha. Sauna funciona perfeitamente. Faltou musica ambiente na area de piscina. Atendedimento da equipes de recepção muito top. Tres elevadores disponíveis, sendo um exclusivo para pós praia. Por ser uma cidade praianna faltou ter mais ganchos para pendurar toalhar e roupas molhadas.
