Parking not adequate for number of rooms. I was told to park in the fire lane or in handicap spaces and just find something by hotel staff. Room was hot as AC unit is equivalent to a window unit. Sheets smelled. Breakfast was sparse again for number of guests. Will never stay there again.

The pool closed at 8pm unacceptable for a vacation spot in Orlando w no pool to swim in after being out. TV did not work, called front desk twice and no answer. Breakfast very crowded w very limited options. Our lake view in our room was nice but probably will not stay again

Pros-rooms are recently remodeled and very nice/clean. Better that most places we have stayed in the area. Staff was nice and generally helpful during the stay.
Cons: parking was a nightmare. Before 10pm every space was full and no solution was offered except to park in the fire lane. AC in the room is a large window unit style and was loud and didn’t cool well.

Breakfast was a war zone, queue, shortages, machines cut offs 1 hour in advance. Staff members from restaurant were cold, distant and made guests felt like a burden. The suite was really nice with excellent members of staff from the hotel
