Terrible experience
I very seldom rate but, this one I just had to say something. My room number was 117 and I think it was the worst room that I ever had. You name it and it was terrible. I don't know what Hotel inspectors were looking at.

Stay away if you don’t wanna be ripped off!
Front desk ladies are very rude, the doors to the hotels have gaps in them so all the mosquitoes come in at night and when it rains hard enough the water seeps in as well. The shower pressure is horrible and was expecting a little better.... they’re not opening the pool bc of COVID but yet other hotels have theirs open. The main problem I had was getting a “kitchenette” and the only thing I had was a stove top. Still had a mini fridge that wasn’t even in the kitchen area. Was told it would have a full size fridge and an oven- it had neither. Very upsetting when your paying $1251 a month!

Should be cheaper for type of room it is
Carpets are nasty but they are replacing with wood laminate floors. Bathroom is tiny and doesn’t have much space. Water pressure is good but shower is hard to get temperature right. Kitchenette is small and only has a stove top. Mini fridge in a kitchenette is not ideal! Noisy neighbors as well.

When we checked in. It looked like the only thing the house keeper did was make the beds. There was dirt on the floors the table had what looked like syrup on it. Someone used the toilet and disnt flush. There was toothpaste in the sink and on the counter. The male housekeeper was drinking while cleaning. The young girl housekeeper has a bad attitude. The girl night manager had a very very bad attitude. Our 3 yo daughter was sitting in her stroller watching a movie and started lauging at it, she asked me if I could get my daughter to be quiet.. I have stayed here a few times before and never had any problems. This tine there was diffrent housekeeper and manager and it has turned to garbage.

A place to sleep
Hotel is a little run down. There was cigarette burns in our bed linens in a non smoking room, stale musty smell in the room. The room was cleanish. Not many accessible outlets to plug things in. Overall it got the job done. A place to sleep and shower. The bed in the first room (we got moved because of a heating issue) looked awful. You could see dips in the mattress where people have slept over time. The 2nd room bed was much better. It was comfortable. Good stay for the price

10 years to see my grandkids
Front desk clerk was extremely helpful in guiding me to the hotel because I got lost. The room itself was dirty and I killed a roach. The beds looked like someone laid on top of the covers. Only 2 pillows per bed and only 2 towels for 4 people. It was a smoking room and no ashtray. Location wasn't too bad.

Our room was dirty the floor had trash in it from the people before. Gave kids bath and their feet was dirtier then before they went in. Had a dirty sock from previous people. Door would barely close and lock. Did not feel safe at all

gross
The staff has been pleasant, but the room is disgusting. The floors are gritty and sticky, the beds were not made, have stained wrinkly linens, the pillows are toddler bed sized, the bathroom is gross, shower doesn’t work right and is hot or burn your flesh off hot, etc... Honestly worst hotel stay in all our frequent travels in past several years. Place should be borderline condemned and not allowed to rob people for such high rates. If this establishment wants to continue making money I would suggest it as the set for the next SAW movie.
