As soon as we stepped inside, my first thought was “ooo fancy!” reception was really clean and nice and the receptionists were really nice dressed. BUT THEN, we were checking-in and the receptionist asked were we were from and we said Texas and she starts talking and praising Joel Osteen... I tried to shut the conversation down but she kept talking about him and I hate that guy. Anyways, that was the first negative thing and thought that was going to be the only one but boy was I wrong. We get to our room and it looked like the cheapest and saddest motel you can imagine! it even had the hideous blue lights! The carpet was not even tacked in, you could literally pull up the sides of the carpet, the bed sheets were stained with I dont even want to know what, the “TV” was literally a computer monitor, there was no AC or heater just a sad window and their crappy WiFi was absolute garbage! Worst hotel!!!!!

Key card had to be replaced frequently. Black mould all around window joinery. Doors slammed shut along corridor all night as closers on them not adjusted correctly.

I booked an above stabdard room with a Queen sz bed and was given a room on the ground floor with no window that looked like a cheap hostel. I complained to the front desk and was given an alternative room on the 3rd floor with a window, however that bed a smaller, approx 120-140 centimeters and it wasn't comfortable for me and my wife. Also, the shower had female hairs on the walls and bath floor, indicating it wasn't properly cleaned. We only had 1 large towel for both of us, which again was unpleasant. Overall, for the price I paid it was a very disappointing stay and I would not book here again.

Disappointed with the quality of my stay
The reception looked nice, but the corridors and rooms are outdated and in need of refurbishment. The towels provided were too small and the room service was not acceptable, as one of the cups provided was cracked. The staff didn’t make us feel welcomed and the maids couldn’t speak English. Overall, I am not happy with my stay
