AVOID THIS PLACE!
SCAM! SCAM!
Booked Luxel suites and was sent to Brickwood Apartments instead which could best be described as a Kennel. I called the contact person and without any apologies or reason for sending me intentionally to their lesser facilities, he eventually sent me to the originally booked place on Cedar road. When I got there I was woken up by sounds of another person in the flat. I was shocked! The person in the flat was shocked too to meet someone else in the flat without knowing we were supposed to be sharing. Well, that's what she claimed, as she said she's a long term guess there for a month and only once she had to share and it was a mistake that the other person was sent in. I later discovered it was all an act as by the 3rd night being there, another guess appeared. Needless to say, he didn't unpack. This was after I called the liaison person who came around and told me it was a mistake on my part, that it was written in the fine prints under "HIS PROFILE". I asked why it wasn't clearly stated in the advert that this is a shared apartment. With many strangers potentially wanting to use the shared spaces. He promised that whilst we are there no one else would be allowed in. The very next day the above mentioned guess arrived and upon realising he was also scammed, did a hasty U-turn. I called the person who promised not to send anyone else in and he ended up trying to intimidate me with threats to report me for seemingly standing up for myself. AVOID, AVOID! SCAM!
