Don’t go here!
The manager and the staff at this location are terrible. The black lady at the front desk was yelling and screaming full of attitude. There were cats in the lobby and it was stinking. The lady was also having drinks at the front desk.

It was very expensive but we had no other options. When we arrived they couldn't find our booking, but eventually did. Front desk staff member had no urgency to help anyone. Seemed oblivious to the difficult circumstances which their customers were in. The halls smelled strongly of old smoke. The breakfast was good. The kitchen lady was very pleasant and professional.

These rooms are huge! For the price you pay, you get everything and more. We just stayed for a night after our flight got canceled, but we’d book this again if we come to Newark or even NYC and if you’re flying from Newark. It’s less than 5 min drive to the airport. Tons of restaurants around the area.

The room was clean but pretty beat up. 2nd bathroom was the nail strip from the carpet sticking through the carpet at the bathroom transition. Smelled funky/old. It’s ok but definitely not worth $300/night plus $150/night dog fee plus tax.

To every question I asked was answered since you didn’t book through Marriott we can’t accommodate or assist you, all I asked was for the 2 rooms I booked to be next to each other. The room I reserved as well as those of several others waiting in the lobby were not ready at 8 pm at night, housekeeping was still cleaning them even though checkout is 11am or 12 pm. This resulted in a 15 plus minute delay. Planes pass quite low and loudly, though I mostly did not hear them-maybe due to there being many cancelled flights, but the room was also well insulated. The room, a suite, was clean and finished well.
