Lower ground floor is very hot and rooms rumble from the underground/train. They are very compact, fine for a one/two nights but would not want to stay longer! Staff were lovely and helpful.

I stayed at the Z Hotel Victoria for 2 nights for a work trip. The hotel rooms are small and basic but still have everything you need for a quick trip I stayed in a basement room which even for one person felt quite enclosed. I'd probably choose a bigger room next time. The staff are amazing, very helpful, friendly and kind. I added breakfast which was good value, fresh and tasty. If I needed to stay in the Vicyiria are again I'd definitely look to stay here.

Excellent location close to Victoria station, staff were extremely friendly and informative. With such a small room important that air conditioning was adequate and it was. We didn’t have breakfast but it looked lovely laid out in reception.

We appreciated the value of the windowless rooms. They were small but newly renovated and very clean. The staff were absolutely fabulous. The location is amazing right across from the train station. You can hear the tube running from your room but it was not loud enough to disrupt our sleep.

Staff was friendly & willing to give us advise on transportation & site seeing. Location was perfect 3-5 minute walk to trains. We had queen room with window. It was small but clean and had all we needed. If you travel with lots of luggage this room could be a challenge but as we travel very lite it was perfectly comfortable. We paid for the breakfast buffet and it was delicious. Fresh fruit , yogurt, eggs etc. and awesome coffee

The Z Hotel Victoria is a nice place to stay. Our room was too small and we found this uncomfortable, however the Staff helped giving us another room for an extra fee. In general is a good place to stay the location es excellent, close to many attractions places like the Buckingham Palace, The London Eyes and others.

Competitively priced way to stay in Central London with few frills - if all you need is a bed to rest your feet and a shower to wash up at the end of a day experiencing the city this is a great choice located near a tube station.
