Clean and nice hotel. Close to a subway stop for easy navigating around the city. The staff was accommodating and helpful. Luggage drop a big plus! The rooftop restaurant was a favorite part of our stay!

This hotel is perfect for family trips. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The decor is a little old-fashioned rather than modern and trendy, but all the facilities are very well maintained. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming, and we had a wonderful stay. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to New York!

Location, staff, rooftop bar all great! Quiet room! Only thing we didn’t enjoy was the rainfall shower head: placement and no handheld piece. Otherwise: fantastic stay. Would stay again!

The hotel was in a great location - walking distance to many restaurants and the subway. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was always clean. Only negative was we had 2 rooms booked and there was quite a difference in size between the two but price was the same.

A ‘suite’ hotel on mid east side very well located for most attractions. We had a suite with bedroom and very spacious lounge which was serviced daily. An excellent breakfast was available on the top floor which was of good quality as was the food in the Italian style restaurant. In our opinion - not the cheapest - but this was good value for money considering prices in New York. Would most certainly stay there if in New York in the future

This is an amazing hotel. Great location, excellent staff, spacious rooms with kitchenettes and great lighting and decor. The front door staff always greeted you with a smile and a big hello, especially Ralph. This is our go to hotel in NYC. Cannot go wrong here.

Really nice. Had a balcony, which was unexpected and the covered rooftop breakfast buffet with omelet station was really nice. Pleasantly surprised.
