      Nothing Works. And be warned: No Breakfast

      Absolutely nothing worked at this hotel. Power went out. No back up in the rooms, just black. Had to leave until they got power back. Then, upon our return, no television. Power went out around 8 pm. Twelve hours later they still couldn’t figure out how to restart the tv. I heard another guest complain that they were booked into a room where there was already a guest staying. Beds were uncomfortable. The booking included breakfast, but when we checked into the hotel, we were told NO BREAKFAST. Sorry. Too bad, restaurant is not open. No compensation for falsely advertising that breakfast was included. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

      Our flights were early so we were able to check in early that was great the customer service was wonderful at the front desk. We lost power for about four hours apparently the whole block bed I was surprised that there was not a back up generator there was no compensation for the inconvenience

      Could be much better

      Location was great. Front desk staff very friendly and efficient. That is where the good experience ends. Now the not so good: Parking very expensive. No breakfast due to COVID (the online description on Hotels.com indicates that breakfast was included); packaged items for sale VERY EXPENSIVE (a muffin that costs $1 at the supermarket was $4 at this hotel); other hotels I have used recently provided such items for free. The room was never made for the entire 3 day stay. I asked the staff who were making the room next door and was completely ignored. I asked the next day to have the trash bins emptied but was not done. The floor carpet in the room was badly stained. There was no coffee machine in the room (I have stayed in many other Days Inns in the past and they all had a coffee machine). The final bill was wrong; overcharged by $120+; took a call to the front desk person and his kind intervention to correct the bill.

      We had a great stay! Location was great for the attractions we wanted to see. The staff was great! The only complaint that I had was our shower did not drain and was not fixed while we were there. I would recommend this property again!

      Just awful!

      For most Day's Inn, I understand it is more a budget hotel and have level set my expectations. But this property was by far one of the most disappointing hotel visits in recent memory. The two main issues I had are: 1. Bathrooms were clearly not cleaned, or at least cleaned well. There were a couple boogers on the wall, previous occupant's hair, and barely cleaned tub. 2. The flooring was the most disgusting hotel carpeting I've ever encountered. The carpet was bubbling up and my white socks when walking on the floor became dirty! You could literally see the dirt that came up. Just unbelievable as I've never encountered something that dirty during a hotel visit ever.

      First they charged my debit card twice.It’s gonna take 5 days to get my refund. We were there from Friday until Sunday they had no bottles of water for guests. And I’m pretty sure we found a bed bug in our room.They switched our room and gave us a $25 credit for the inconvenience. I don’t think I would recommend staying there!

      Disappointed this year

      It was ok, but not without problems. First room had alarm going off. Second room-no AC. Third room fine. HUGE OBJECTION…PARKING!!!! I was told since I wouldn’t be taking car in and out I was “better off to pay for parking as I was leaving lot”. I had entered lot around 5 or 5:30…left around 2pm on following day. Bill was about $65 for less than 24 hours! This can not be correct, but there was no one to talk to about it. I think I am entitled to a refund of some sort. Not a happy stay.
