Great outdoor pool (should be open until 10pm) and spa area. (indoor pool, hot-tub, different saunas, steam rooms etc.) Property needs some renovations for the rooms (very outdated and worn out) AND an Air Conditioner! It's not okay to put in a tiny little fan to keep the warm air around?! I mostly enjoyed my stay (because I know this hotel/restaurant) but I would not recommend to family and friends. For people with low expectations and willing to pay a high price, it will be okay. The area and location is excellent, and of course the Wörlitzer Park!

Licht und Schatten
Wir waren vor über 10 Jahren schon mal im Hotel. Damals gab es den neuen Wellnessbereich noch nicht. Vor allem der große Außenpool macht heute was her. Das Restaurant, inzwischen durch einen modernen Anbau erweitert, ist nach wie vor ausgezeichnet und der Service sehr gut. Leider sind die Zimmer schon in die Jahre gekommen. Das müsste dringend eine Auffrischung her. Teppich, Türen etc. Der Fön im Bad gab nur ein laues Lüftchen von sich und wurde trotz Nachfrage nicht ausgetauscht. In unserem letzten Hotel hat man den Lockdown genutzt, um zu renovieren. Das wäre auch hier in einigen Bereichen dringend notwendig

Ein wahres Highlight! Ich bin fast jede Woche in mindestens einem Hotel, hier komme ich jedes Jahr geschäftlich wieder. In dieser Zeit für mich das erste Hotel das trotz all der Vorschriften den Aufenthalt für den Gast zu einem Erlebnis macht und es schafft wieder etwas Normalität zurück zu bringen. Schöner Wellnessbereich, super Essen und ein tolles und freundliches Team. Freue mich schon auf das nächste mal.

Behindertenunfreundliche Parkplatzsituation
Sehr gefreut hatte ich mich, auch meinen zweiten Auffenthalt in diesem eigentlich sehr schönen Hotel in wunderbarer Landschaft. Schon beim ersten Mal hatte ich sachlich und konstruktiv die Parkplatzsituation für Schwerbehinderte angesprochen. Das große Haus weist einen Behindertenparkplatz auf dem Privatgelände aus, der aber konsequent von Gästen ohne Parksonderausweis fehlgenutzt wird. Beim Ansprechen wird zwar zugehört, es ist aber zu bemerken, dass der Wille zur Abhilfe fehlt. So weigerte sich die Mitarbeiterin, das Kennzeichen der Fehlparkers anzunehmen, obwohl beim Einchecken alle Kennzeichen erfasst werden.
