Your elevator is so noisy our room was right across from it 213 and we didn’t get any sleep from that to a water system in the hotel running for 2 nights. Not happy with the sleep part but the room was fine.

Everything about the room was excellent. The only complaint we had was the shuttle, the guy driving the bus ran every stop sign and asked for a tip twice and when we called the front desk for the shuttle she reminded us to tip the driver.
