Great family friendly hotel
The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff are friendly and professional. There were some facilities unavailable due to covid but they seem to have put every effort in to still provide a good service. The beach club opposite is really nice and the food it excellent.

Car parking is limited and difficult in an underground garage behind the hotel so not suitable for the disabled. But I suppose in Silema car parking is rare anyway. Excellent staff and great atmosphere. Spotless rooms and good views of the sea if you are at the front of the hotel. Recommend. I would stay there again √√√ 😃

Good
The room we have been offered was dirty and no where at the standard of 4 star hotel. Bedding wasn't appropriate (single quilt on double beds and took me 3 attempts to change the right size) but it was clean. When we asked them to change our rooms they offer us sea view rooms and it was much better but they asked us to pay the charges which made me unhappy as the photos they showed on their website for standard room was no where near the reality. As a frequent traveler I understand that photos are always more then anyone offer but in this hotel it was completely misleading. However, the staff was friendly and nice, breakfast was delicious and location of the hotel was perfect.

Fair
The sea view from some rooms, as this one in which we stayed, is exceptional. The location of the hotel is also very good. --The ventilation of the WC-toilettes don’t worked, and the humidity entered in the room. --The air of the ‘air condition’ was of ambient temperature (despite the fact that even in the buses of the public transport the air was fresh, but not in this hotel which is presumed of 4 stars!) . --We heard the noise of water flow from vicinal room(s) ! --It corresponds to a hotel of 2 stars (maximum) but not to 4 stars!

Very good
The hotel was clean, tidy and the room was fairly standard with sea view. I would suggest it's probably a low four star as it looks a bit tired in places. The bathroom could do with a freshen up, tile grouting and surrounds, nothing that a quick redecoration wouldn't solve. The staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed B&B, breakfast was fairly standard fair you would expect and was good. Didn't use the hotel restaurant, a number of good restaurants along the road and promenade. The hotel is in a good position, a short stroll from St. Julien and easy access to the ferry for Valetta which is lovely, worth a good visit. We would stay in Sliema again and probably at The Preluna
