The Business Inn
"Clean room. Had a great day. Would be nice if their breakfast started earlier."
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Downtown Ottawa East by IHG
"Très bien, belle chambre, propre, beau buffet mais la piscine était verte"
Welcominns Hotel Ottawa
"Our rooms were very clean and well-maintained. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Love the tea and hot water in the lobby! The self-serve breakfast was good, not excellent, but decent - sausages, egg round “pucks”, tater tots, toast and waffle options, apples and oranges, cereal and yogurt, beverages. The workout facility is very small, only has one loud treadmill, a free weight (dumbbell) tree, a mat and an inclinable bench. The room is only big enough for one person, maybe 2 awkwardly. The room feels old and forgotten. All in all I enjoyed my stay very much and would definitely stay here again."
Metcalfe Hotel Ottawa by Gray Collection
"Best place to stay when in town"
Brookstreet
"Few minor issues: one plug in room did not work, phone by bed did not work but there was a second phone, and black out curtain did not go all the way over. Hotel comped parking for inconvenice. Very comfortable bed. Room very clean, free Aquafina water in fridge. I highly recommend hotel."
Hampton Inn by Hilton Ottawa
"5 starts very clean. great staff"

Homewood Suites by Hilton Ottawa Downtown
"Nice room and fair prices for downtown. Included breakfast was great"
Wingate by Wyndham Kanata West Ottawa
"The property is well kept.. friendly and courteous staff. The facility offered positive extra amenities such as free gym which is commendable…I felt at home…The shopping outlet is just a walk thru the dining room and across the street. The area is safe to walk at nights. Very convenient. The breakfast was great. Parking was free on property. Definitely a must return spot whenever I’m in that area."

- Be flexible with dates: Prices may vary depending on factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and time of year, so being flexible with your dates might help you save on your Ottawa hotel stay. For those seeking a distinctive experience, boutique hotels often provide a more personalised touch and may sometimes offer better value. When you book with Hotels.com, we will inform you if the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average, and if it seems higher, we could suggest more affordable dates to help you potentially find a better deal.
- Consider your location: Hotels near the city centre generally tend to be more expensive, but thanks to Ottawa’s superb public transport links, you may discover a more affordable independent hotel further afield that remains well connected. For those eager to explore alternative, less crowded neighbourhoods or even lesser-known nearby towns, there is often excellent value for money to be found. Opting for these alternative destinations could provide a more authentic and budget-friendly experience.
