The property location is wonderful. It sure is a hidden gem. The exclusive studio with ocean view room is exceptionally beautiful. Host of the property is amazing too, they were very accommodating and always available. Prior to our checkin they offered shuttle pickup and even drop off for no extra charges. I am booking with them for all my future Mexico trips.

This hotel is most definitely a “hidden gem” and we loved our stay at this gorgeous boutique hotel. Our rooms over looking the lagoon were truly fabulous. Alex and the team were wonderful, and make sure you go for breakfast at the roof terrace and in the evening the delicious cocktails. The views are simply stunning and the setting, dreamy. Thank you so much for looking after us and we will be sure to return when visiting Cancun.

Really a great location, our room had a balcony with view of the lagoon, stunning every morning. The team is very responsive via WhatsApp Was overall very quiet got some alone time at the pool at night on weekdays The rooms are very big! Place is very affordable compared to resorts You’re also across the street from Tortugas beach and right next to an Oxxo grocery store. I will say not a lot of restaurants that you can walk to. We Ubered to nearby restaurants

A hidden gem indeed! What an amazing place with spacious rooms, gorgeous view, local design, quiet yet close to everything. Its right across the street from the beach entrance Nd ferry. The swimming pool area and common areas so tastefully decorated. There is nothing yet there is nothing else to add. It's just perfect. And the rooftop status is a precious gem on top of the gem. Highly recommend and I will stay here on every visit to Cancun!

The Casa Tortugas Boutique Hotel truly is a gem! We couldnt have been happier with our accommodations. The rooms are comfortable, beautiful and spacious. The infinity pool and roof top bar provide wonderful spaces to relax and enjoy the sunsets over the lagoon. Alex mixes delicious margaritas and other specialty drinks and was amazingly helpful and patient with our many questions and requests for information about sightseeing, dining and everything else. From the moment you are greeted upon arrival will you know that this is a family whose only goal is to ensure that your stay at their place is exactly what your vacation should be.
