Don't Stay Here if You Are a Single Woman
Hotel was clean, and staff were kind, but the place was so, so run down; Formica peeling off counters, faucet leaking, refrigerator did not close properly. Also, very creepy feel to the outside of it. I especially would not recommend for a woman alone.

Took my money but could not have a room
We arrived and were not allowed to check in or cancel our booking. There was nowhere printed on any site that they only accepted credit card and they would not take debit or cash. But after not letting us cancel our stay they happily charged me for a no show fee.

A decent hotel is a location close to many things in the Sugar House area. Nothing too fancy but a good spot at a good price. Our room was small but had been updated. All we needed we spent our time out doing things. Restaurants and shopping in walking distance.

The room was good sized. It was mostly clean, but I did find hair that wasn't ours in the shower. No hot water in the shower one morning, but it was hot from the sink. The staff was good. Except every night we had to get our room cards re-keyed every night and they kept blaming us even though we were not storing it with other cards or phones.
