I should’ve slept in the car
We could connect to the Internet…but nothing loaded. There was no hot water. When attempting to use the pullout sofa bed it was covered in crumbs and gross crap. When requesting additional bedding for this bed we were given leftover sheets that didn’t fit and one pillow.

Not a well trained staff team.
Check in was not good, lady on front disk did not know her job. Got call to the front desk at 2:00 am after being a sleep for about 1an hour to check in again because the lady at 3:00 pm who gave us our room key didn't check us in. Lady on night shift sent security to our room and made me come down to the front desk at 2:30 am to register again.
