As luxourious as our stay was, my favorite part was the kind friendly staff. I felt right at home. There is a very well stocked market just down the street. The restaurant across the street was very nice, delicious food with a beautiful view.

Hotel was amazing and everyone was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service or taxi service they have is terrible. Hardly anyone answers the phone and if they do and agree to pick you up they’re always late or don’t show up. If you arrange a time for pickup don’t hold your breath because they don’t remember you and you have to call them 5 more times or have the front desk call for you. Very inconvenient especially since they only use 4 people to taxi. Everything else was amazing.

The staff was superb - Nicole and Imani in particular (and Amanda at Rhythm and Sand). The room was clean (most important) but also spacious and light and nicely done. The views are spectacular - loved the deck and swinging chairs. We’ll be back.

Great place to stay in Tortola. Cane Garden Bay is beautiful & Quitos was a perfect boutique hotel option to stay. There is a great restaurant & bar on site. The hotel is clean & the staff (especially Nicole) couldn’t be more helpful. We highly recommend staying here.

We booked this place as a last-minute hotel because of a bad Airbnb. The staff could not have been better. We were greeted with respect and the hotel was just great. Clean rooms comfortable beds. Small kitchens you can cook in. Excellent location, free parking. The only two things I would improve are the Wi-Fi in my room was really not very good. (303) and the gym equipment could use some cleaning and care. Those are my only minor complaints. Wonderful stay in a beautiful location.
