6/10 Good

Room was clean but dated and AC worked well. Fairly quiet. Property is dated and not in the greatest part of town.

This property gets a 5/5 the room was clean the staff was on-site 24/7 cleaning. Bed could use some updating but overall perfect for the price. The only downside is yes its Las Vegas and alot of homeless around the property they dont mess with guest alot of police presence in the area.

Room was pretty clean. Lots of trash around the rest of the property (hallway and elevator). It was very quiet which was nice for a room in Vegas!

Convenient location a little East of the Las Vegas Strip. We reserved this for the kitchenette (mostly the fridge for my meds and cold storage). The room lacked minor things that the staff probably could have provided if we asked, but we always pack these things, just in case (like a laundry bag). There was no dresser but we were able to hang clothing or keep it in the luggage (the room was a good size). We were only there for 2 nights. As for the hotel itself, keep your room key handy as it’s needed to get back in all day long unless the front desk is not busy and the let you in (Security is tight! I am okay with that). The last note is to be very patient with their elevators. They are Slooooww… Good thing there are only three floors.

4/10 Fair

The staff was great! But everything else was terrible! This was a weekend getaway for my Wife’s birthday and the room they gave us had a bed that sunk in from the middle! Very uncomfortable! Also our room was way in the back, so it was a long walk just to exit the property, they only had emergency exits near the room that we couldn’t use. Also, so many people would be out in the parking lot drinking and smoking. We made sure to park our car in an area we can see from the room! The iron they had in the room didn’t work, shower pressure was low and the TV menu did not match what was actually being shown! The AC just wouldn’t stay on consistently! We will definitely not be staying there again.

Staff was very friendly and prompt when requesting amenities. Somehow had a whole pizza go missing but I don’t think it was due to a staff issue. Allowed a late check out
