Our room was terrible. Mattress was hard. Woke up next morning with my back hurting. Squashed bugs on walls. Faucet coming apart. Shower didn’t have any shelving or anything to hold soap, shampoo or any toiletries.

Staff needs to be addressed.
Unfortunately the front desk clerk told us there was no parking which wasn't true. We entered on Broadway St and had no idea there was parking for the hotel right on 48th St. When questioned she said we do not handle or recommend parking garages. We drove around trying to find parking for over an hour, more than a mile away due to it being a Holiday weekend. So disappointed in a clerk not helping us when we kept questioning her about parking our car bec I had called a few days prior and was told there was parking.

Great Location / Poor Hotel
Great location. Hotel and rooms are outdated. Check in took a long time and was under staffed. Amenities lacking. Heating/cooling was either one or the other for the entire building. I could not cool the room one night because they only had heat option on. I was told I could open my window and they would send up a fan. Hot water took up to 10 minutes sometimes to get to the room. The room size and location is what made the hotel appealing. Not up to Crowne Plaza standards for the price you pay. Not a $500 a night place.
