we loved staying here!! walking into the apartment we were amazing by how spacious it was. In the perfect area, close to multiple metro stations and right in the center of everything!! Very nicely renovated and well appointed apartment within a small old building in the heart of the city. Very convenient location, next to main shopping area and metro stations. Not suited for light sleepers as the noise from the busy streets and the neighbours can be easily heard. There is only a narrow flight of stairs to all the apartments, no elevators.

The Honest Review The property is well-located and very spacious, but I am severely allergic to dust, and this property has quite a bit. The heater was not working properly; they installed new ones, but they were not yet connected. Other than that, you can have a nice stay here.

The apartment itself was beautiful. But the check in process was not good. We did not receive our virtual keys at the time of check in so we had to wait over 30 minutes with our luggage while we tried to get ahold of someone. It was very frustrating but after that the rest of the stay was lovely.

Overall a nice property. Great location near between grand via and puerta del sol. The property was clean and looked just like the photos. My only complaints are relatively minor. The toilet tissue holder was broken and the shower drained slow. Also. There is a theater across the street that I guess doubles as a night club of some sort. So one night when the venue was open it was pretty loud outside until around 3am. But that was only on one of the 3 nights we stayed there.

No internet and the radiators are for show they don't work. Unswept and dust balls everywhere. Right next door to a nightclub so no sleep at all on Friday. I would not recommend staying here.
