Manager at reception offered the boat trip but due to health issues we couldn’t participate. In spite I informed them in advance to cancel this trip anyway they charged me for it. Offered welcome drink but afterwards charged again for it.

Excellent clean hotel ,really friendly helpful staff breakfast was delicious and fresh the only downside would be the location isn’t great not distance wise just the hilly streets are a little difficult to walk something to take into consideration otherwise overall a fantastic short stay

We love our stay at this hotel !!Newly remodel as everything was new inside , Amazing and helpful staff , they arrange our pick up and drop off to airport !!We have not try their breakfast as we wanted to explore and try different food . After reading all of the reviews , we decided to book Aprillis Plus. We are glad we did. This hotel is located in close proximity of all main attractions that Sultanahmet offers. Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace and Islamic Museum of Arts , it’s about 7-10 min walk. Great area with lots of restaurants and stores. Hotel is smaller size , which comes in guest’s advantage . Hotel personnel knows all of the guests and really has that personal connection with each and everyone. We didn’t come across anyone that was not friendly and helpful. At the reception our main contacts were Solmon and Rabia . These two great people were so helpful and we can’t stress out enough their professionalism and kindness.Breakfast had lots of options and it was good. Gul was very helpful and always greeted us. These are just a few that we had most interactions with, overall this hotel’s personnel is great. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and in Istanbul . Thank you for everything from the bottom of our hearts. Until next time!
