Overall the stay was good ,but the hotel rooms need some updating , the cabinet doors the fridge was in wasnt shutting properly due to the hinges were need repair, the drawer where the tea bags and glasses kept not closing due to the drawer comming off track, they need to review their voucher system for half boarders as one of our group lost their voucher and been treated badly ,the vouchers are very small paper and easy to loose.not even water is available for dinner , we been made to pay for even water, 1st day we paid nearly £60 for drinks , meant to be a 15% discount ,but never been applied at this occasion.

The photos on the resort beach is deceiving, there is not such beach only a very small area that if you are lucky you get an spot clean. It is rocky and dirty. The water in the pool areas doesn’t look clean. I booked an ocean front view suite and they gave me a partial ocean view, I had to wait two days to get another one on an upper floor with the view. So the ocean view suite you see and choose from the site is not guaranteed that you’ll get it. Breakfast is terrible and the dining options are ok. Drinks and food are expensive I was expecting much better for the price of this hotel.
