My husband and I stayed here one night. We checked in around 9 pm. The room had an odd smell, carpet was stained. We overlooked this bc it was late and we were tired. The next morning my husband left to get coffee around 7:45 while I was still in the room getting ready. 3 minutes after he left the door to our room opens and it’s the hotel worker who checked us in the night before. He apologized and said I’m sorry and continued to stand in the door way. He wouldn’t leave until I got loud and told him to get out. My husband returned and was furious. The worker stated he thought we checked out. We never checked out or called the front desk. We have stayed in hundreds of hotels and never had this happened. We were both completely freaked out. Please be aware of this hotel!

Ants!
Would have given my stay a higher rating because my room was clean and the bed was very comfortable but when I woke the next morning, while packing to check out, there were ants all over the desk, on my bag and in my purse. When I told the front desk person, all he said was, “Sorry about that. I’ll let house keeping know.” After trying to shake the ants off of my belongings, I left.

It was ok.
The room was fairly clean but the pullout sofa had a lot of stains and marks. The beds we very hard and the bedding was thin and not soft/uncomfortable. The coffee was subpar but the breakfast was decent with good selection. It wasn’t the worst hotel I’ve stayed in but it wasn’t the best either.

Great for the price.
Good location close to the Paycom center, everything was clean, beds were comfy. Loved that checkout time wasn’t until 12 so we could sleep in, but the walls are thin and we got woken up by the noises of people coming and going and the rooms being cleaned next door.

Clean room and hotel, great coffee and breakfast -unual for any hotel of this type. There was only one trash can (in the bathroom). Need two more; kitchenette sink and in bedroom. Beds were clean and comfy. There are no “do not disturb” signs in the room to hang on the door. We awakened by housekeeping at 8 am, then again at 9 am - I asked for a sign and it kept falling off so we were disturbed again 10 am. Check out is at noon. The most annoying thing was housekeeping. Overcast, mostly Sunny day; pool and covered hot tub were closed.

It was a very nice hotel. Room on first floor near pool was spacious and clean. It contained a large fridge, microwave, and stove top. Decent breakfast. Be aware that the walls are very thin and you can hear conversations from the surrounding rooms. Habitation noise such as conversations, walking, banging and whistling lasted until around 1:00 AM and started up again around 7:00 AM on a weekday.
