    Fabulous 8,6 From 457 reviews

    Poor 2,0
    Quality has gone down
Don't trust the review average or whatever "Fabulous" label spin is attached to here. I can only guess the reviews are high because it was great in the past. Giving one star because this hotel needs a massive review correction: - the light switch was cracked - daily housekeeping is barely a turnover - service staff was rude when picking up laundry - service staff didn't return laundry unless I called - heater barely worked in winter, I was cold all the time - One day, they had a policy to not even have it on because it was too warm outside (50 degrees) - The resort fee gives you a $25/day credit for the bar, but the food there was garbage - room had hardly any built-ins where you could put anything - drapes seemed difficult to close, like I could break them - bathtub floor dirty - cheap-o, flimsy single bathroom drape, rather than the standard two drapes or glass for even luxe places - two long hairs were found in the towels and bath room area

    fine for a short stay
The pool/ Suana were being worked out, would have been nice to have mini bar with at least waters etc.. just very basic hotel. Staff super nice
    Mariesa, us2 night business trip
    Very good 8,0
Nice rooms, but customer service needs tweaks.
Room was spacious, but when I called the operator in the evening, no one answered for 15 min and had to trudge downstairs in my pjs and coat for assistance. Explanation I got was...one person answering calls for 300 rooms and they’re union so they have to take breaks. I write this so management can improve the situation. Overall, nice accommodations, but because of its size, no real personalized attention.

    Fair 4,0
    Standard Marriott that's too expensive
Very unhappy with how expensive this hotel is and the overall experience as it relates to cost. You are charged a $25 resort "fee" to spend on food or other items at the hotel but everything is far too expensive so you go over the amount. There's also no room service at this hotel which is quite frustrating given the cost. I'm not sure I would recommend this hotel as there are so many other nice ones in the city that are available, are cheaper and have the same amenities

    Beautiful, not as clean
Beautiful Hotel. Easily accessible. Comfortable and friendly. The only complaint I have is that the shower/tub was definitely NOT clean. There were dirty footprints in the tub.

    Bathroom
The vent in the bathroom was constantly running. No control to turn it off. We had to keep the door closed.

    Hungry In Brooklyn
No valet parking. Had to return from checkouts to give car to attendants, same with checkout, had to take luggage to garage entrance to get car. No room service food. Breakfast ended at 10am. Cafe was like a gas station food court, coffee, wrapped pastries, no food made fresh. Very disappointing !
