The staff was so kind and nice
The facilities were a little outdated, but everything they needed for their guests was there. The front desk staff was helpful and solved any problems I had. Probably a better place to stay than what you paid for.

Internet service was terrible also they used a blocking software that also blocked sites such as AT& T and Verizon.Complainied to the front desk and they just shrugged they shoulders. Then the internet quit working around 8:30 pm the first night and around 9 or 9;30 the second night. I wonder what else they were monitoring while I was there. I felt Like I was in Communist China.

Very disappointed. I arrived 9/1/24 with a younger and rather large gentleman wearing a lions hoodie who seemed so disinterested in his job and did not make me feel welcomed. There was no greeting it was straight to the point. Next, after being booked in room 111 with a baby snd my partner, the laundry room was next door and bathroom and you hear people go in and out of the room all day and night. Baby couldnt sleep and cried and i couldnt sleep because constant door slams for the laundry room. Next, i went to take a shower and there was mold on the wall and water damage and cracks coming from above. I figured well since i cant get sleep ill have coffee. The coffee maker was disgusting and had white deposits where the water goes. So coffee was a no-go. So after all this, i decided to get ice for my energy drink. I went to the front desk and said "hello" and was told to wait a minute. I waited almost 4 or 5 minutes for that same employee to stand up out of a chair from behind the wall, take his phone, and put it on the counter clicking it off. He made me wait 4 or 5 minutes for him on his phone only for him to click it off when he came around the corner when all i wanted to ask was a simple question of where is the ice? I made it known visibly i was frustrated. He also had another family woth a baby waiting while he did that. After everything i decided to peak under the bed to see how clean the unit actually is.
