The hotel is in transition of ownership...Holiday Inn Express to Ramada Inn. I made the reservation through Expedia 30 minutes before arriving. They weren't really prepared to offer rooms, but allowed me to stay, for which I was extremely grateful!! The staff was very understanding of my dire circumstances and are to be applauded and should be recognized for their up-and-beyond service. Kudos to Rob and Stevie!

It was terrible. I paid for amenities and none were available pool, breakfast, bar, tv all were non working. This place looks as its abandoned when you pull in. No signs on building. I would have rather stayed at home. Absolutely terrible and no discount for all amenities not in service.

I got to the hotel, the road leading up to it had a lot of tree debris, twigs and leaves, one car in the car park, no sign of the 'hotel'. When the uber eventually got to the hotel, there were only two lights on in the foyer, there were no other lights on in the whole hotel - nothing, pitch black darkness. A traffic cone was outside the foyer door. Uber took me back to the airport and I got a different hotel that was operational.

By far the worst hotel I’ve ever set foot in. My initial thought was this building is abandoned. When I entered, there was an overwhelming smell of mold. There was not one other soul in the entire hotel. They had no wifi or tvs in rooms. The receptionist notified me, they are under construction which explained a lot. But they shouldn’t be able to rent rooms if they can’t provide simple amenities that are advertised, if the overwhelming smell is mold, and guests can’t feel safe.

This was a hotel we were relocated to because the one I actually booked was over booked by 30 rooms and so after sitting on the phone for an hour and a half, arriving here at 1am to be greeted by a nice man working the front desk he advised us that they did not have cable nor did they have free breakfast like the one I had originally booked had. He asked if that was okay and of course I wasn’t going to complain at 1am when all I wanted was a shower and some rest. Overall room was ok. No microwave no cable, but the A.c worked so I was grateful. Not the cleanest.

We ended up NOT staying. We drove into the parking lot and the first worlds out of my husband’s mouth was “Are they open?”. Poor lighting in the parking lot. Their shuttle vans looked like a van graveyard. Weeds taller than my vehicle hood. The clerk was outside smoking and asked if we were checking in we might want to reconsider. They haven’t had hot water in a month, no tv service, pool/hot tub closed for maintenance, and the restaurant/bar closed for Covid. What happened to this place?! The man said it shouldn’t have even been an option to book on hotel sites. I called and canceled this and found someplace else to stay. Hotel should be closed as it’s not serviced and cannot function. This was my favorite hotel years back and was super nice. It’s sad it’s fallen to the current condition. I’m especially annoyed at hotels.com since I had booked during a promotional time where I should have gotten double stamps and paid right away and when I had to stay somewhere else they would apply double stamps since this was an out of my control situation. Not good business.

No bar/restaurant as stated in web. Asked for first floor room, told all booked. Honestly we were only car in parking lot? What gives. Only way to check in, put all credit card information on a piece of paper-couldn't sleep thinking about my credit card information laying around and seen by how many employees.

Liked the price.
Didn’t like the much else. Property was not in good condition and location was in an industrial area with no dining options nearby. My reservation included two breakfasts but when we arrived the dining area was not open and they only offered grab and go. That would have been acceptable but when I went to the front desk at 9:00 the front desk said he would have to make it and that it would take 10-15 minutes. I told them no thanks.

One of the elevators didn't work well, in order to close doors they had to be pushed and both elevators sounded like motors were going to give out any moment. First room toilet did not work. Second room had no fridge or microwave. Ice machines only on 2 of 6 floors and neither worked the first night, only 1 worked second night. Booking indicated there was a bar/restaurant with breakfast available, it was not open at all. Thankfully Holiday station within walking.

The bathtub drain stop wasn't connected so either had to pull it out completely or would get stuck in the plug and have to try to dig it out when showering. The coffee and cups were never refilled in our room and there was none available in the lobby. No ice machines working the first nice and the 2nd night only ice on the 2nd floor machine. Only 5 towels available in the pool area and half the jets were working in the hot tub.

The rooms need updating. Specifically the bathrooms. Also no food options, breakfast, decent coffee in the morning. There used to be much more offered
