Beautiful, intimate hotel in a historic building, located in a beautiful and tranquil neighborhood of London. Very kind and helpful service from everyone we met. Our beautifully decorated room was cleaned twice a day. We did not eat at the hotel, but enjoyed dinner at an Indian restaurant, Zaika, a few doors down. There are many restaurants to choose from in the neighborhood.

Very posh hotel in a great location. Super friendly and helpful staff. A great amenity that I didn’t know about until my wife pointed it out while reading the brochure in the room is that their partnership with Historic Royal Palaces gets you free admission to Kensington Palace, the Tower of London and Hampton Court. We took advantage of the latter two. The only negative I can think of is that the pool wasn’t very impressive and there is no hot tub. Then again, who goes to a hotel in the center of London for the pool?! I would definitely stay there again. BTW, use Bolt for ride sharing rather than Uber. Their drivers were excellent and they were so much cheaper than Uber. In many cases, not that much more than public transportation (relatively) but so much more convenient. And way cheaper than London taxis. Cheers!
