Faucet ran all night. Asked for accessible room and received it but there is a giant step to get into the tub. Pillows and
Mattress were bad

4/10 Fair

The facility doors were wide open through the day, anyone could’ve walked in. The room smelled of very strongly perfumed cleaner or air freshener that almost made our eyes water. The carpets in the hall were half ripped out. Sawmill in front ran 24 hours but we should’ve done more research before booking.
The pool was great, rooms were clean. Breakfast was sufficient and the restaurant upstairs was convenient after a long day of sightseeing.
Better choice would’ve been further up the coast.

Decent
Stay Was fine. Kitchenette had everything we needed to cook meals. Pool and hot tub were great and open late.
Did not find the included breakfast very good.

Great location. Close to all the amenities that downtown has to offer, but far enough for a quiet relaxed atmosphere.

We arrived early and even though our room wasn't ready, yet, the front desk clerk was happy to put our bags in a secure storage area, for us (we were traveling by motorcycle and didn't want to leave our bags unlocked, when we went to the Malahat Skywalk). She was very pleasant and friendly, as were all of the staff that we encountered.
We will be back!

The room itself was average but above average for the price point. The facility was clean and our family really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The food upstairs at Ricky’s was above average for the Franchise itself and the restaurant was clean with good service. A great well rounded cost effective place to stay when travelling with children.
