We enjoyed our stay at Empire Hotel…Hailey and Adrik were extremely helpful the first night. After that, the front desk staff changed and they seemed rather glum and refused to answer the phone in the late evenings. The rooftop bar was a nice addition to our stay. The location is amazing. It’s across from Lincoln Center, a couple blocks from Columbus Circle and Central Park, and across from a great local bread-pastry-coffee shop. Super safe and convenient area. The hotel has a lovely rooftop restaurant and bar we enjoyed one evening for drinks and dessert. The place itself is a little run down but not problematic.

Very nice hotel in a great location right next to Lincoln center in a very nice area . In overall the stay was very pleasant but it's those little things that could have made it great ..like a coffee machine in the room or at least an electric kettle ( there is a mini fridge), both curtains were very heavy and opaque and with a room facing to other windows it felt a bit bleak and more over the roll-up ones didnt roll evenly..
