The list is long, still a few points:
- You get welcomed by a valet who insists on getting paid even though you park on a public road/not a private property
- Receptionist we nice an welcoming, but insisted a security deposit be paid in cash (though I offered a credit card in exchange). Clearly this was hotel management instructions. The alarming thing is the receipt came with no signs (header, stamp etc..) that it came from the hotel. The deposit was returned on check out with no hassle
- 2 days of inconsistent internet access, over 6 or 7 follow ups from our side. Pure incompetence in addressing this issue, lame excuses given while it was clearly local network issue and not the local ISP nor our devices.
- Poorly chlorinated seawater pool. Algal slime on the surfaces - We didn't stay long.
- Very friendly staff, unless there is a problem, they don't seem to be able to resolve it or communicated clearly the issue.
