Zero Sleep
Our experience ended up being completely awful. I’ve never submitted a complaint in my life but I have to share this. We stayed in Room 3053 and had a 6 am flight so we needed to get to bed early. We went to bed at 10 pm and for the next 5 hours, the ‘staff’ door next to us slammed shut at least every 5-10 minutes. We could also clearly hear something being dumped (sounded like trash maybe). This was also extremely loud and beyond annoying. Needless to say, neither my daughter or I were able to get any sleep at all. I would greatly appreciate someone explaining why this occurred and why you would ever put anyone in this room. Other than that, everything else about the hotel was great.

New York, New York is the perfect place to stay. Excellent food with a large number of restaurants to chose from. Great location. Fun for a family. Terrific Cirque Du Soleil show. Easy check-in and wonderful service everywhere you went.

I loved it but here's what you should know
I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to get around this property. It was very hard to use the self check in. No matter how I tried, it just couldn't find me. The line wasn't very long so the check in process was quick. The gals checking us in were very nice Valet was great - my husband even forgot his phone in the car and they went and got it for him. The hotel was clean. The area where the stores and restaurants were are so cute! My friend said he had pizza there and it was great. We ate at the Italian restaurant (Il Fornaio) was great. America - the restaurant was awful! The rooms remind me of a SOHO boutique style room. So cute. The hallways are so cute and the security is great as your room key is your way into the elevator and no one can get on your floor with that floors key. Made me feel comfortable when I went up without my husband. Rooms have little amenities / space for a fridge, but no fridge, no place to lay your clothes while showering. Shampoo but no conditioner. Wouldn't keep from staying here again, just things you should know. No coffee in the room but lots of places to get coffee. So not a problem. Really easy to get to TMobile Arena and some great bars and restaurants as well Truly I was shocked at how much I liked staying here. We would stay here again
