Jonna at reception was marvelous. She checked to see if my room would be ready early, just in from Transatlantic flight. Much appreciated. She also showed me on the mapwgere everything was. All in walking distance. The breakfast was not that great. Bacon and sausages not hot, sitting in grease. Room was very comfortable.

Hotel is ery good for a short stay. Location is perfect for touring Parma or visit to PARC Ducale. Coffee at breakfast excellent as are the small custard pies- room was very big; ensuite outstanding with power shower. Very good value for money.

Minor annoyances were slamming doors in the morning and the overall temperature being quite hot, but these do not detract from a very comfortable stay overall.
