We enjoyed this boutique hotel located just a bit from city center. The room was spacious and the food and drinks from their kitchen was excellent. The breakfast buffet selection was great and you could order your eggs to your liking. We had wine and the charcuterie board -also excellent.

Every aspect of our stay was exceptional. The front desk staff were all absolutely wonderful- friendly, kind and helpful. One of the front desk staff, Telma, particularly went out of her way to help us and did so with a constant smile while humming a happy tune. Highest possible recommendation for this awesome hotel.

Nice hotel but not good experience

Nice and comfortable and room. Everything was clean, however, there was an intense smell of sewer in the bathroom. The smell was even more intense in the reception area when I was doing the check-in. They have a problem in their pipes that must be solved. This made the stay not very pleasant. Furthermore, I didn't like all the rules they have and the demand of a deposit fee. Still waiting for they to refund the deposit. This didn't make me feel welcome there.

Gem of a hotel. Room was large and well designed with a quiet back garden. Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. If NOTK is taking over the kitchen for the evening when you are there do not hesitate to book a dinner with them. Truly excellent wine and food. It was the second time I stayed in this hotel. It is clean, friendly and helpful service, offers parking for max 1,80m high cars nearby and their rooms offer plenty of space also to stay in a double room with a toddler. Unfortunately their bikes to not offer an option to carry kids.

We had a spacious room which was well worth a few extra Euros. Bed was great, and room had a decent sitting area and lots of windows. Staff were great and having free bikes was perfect and we had a nice trip to delft. There are lots of small steps in unit - which was fine for us. Just be aware. An upbeat vibe to the hotel and check out at noon worked well.

This hotel is quirky, but in a nice way. It is an old property in a nice neighborhood that has been renovated to a high standard. If you are not on the ground floor, the stairs are steep with narrow treads. There is small elevator. Not sure about other upper floor rooms but ours, 101, had a large deck to step out into with a small table and two chairs. It gave a pleasant view onto an adjacent plaza. Some ground floor rooms have a small green space out side. Coffee and tea in the room. TV only seems to have streaming. A mainly cold breakfast is available for a charge but they will do some fried or scrambled eggs on request. At the moment, only a limited selection of pizzas are available albeit very good quality ones. There are a number of good restaurants in the neighborhood within a 5 to 10 minute walk. The young lady who checked us in was charming and looked after all our needs, including serving us drinks and making pizza while running the front desk. The morning staff were equally as good. We ordered a van to take six of us plus luggage to the cruise terminal through the hotel. Cost was a very reasonable 34 euros.

Overall, great stay!

The hotel is a stylish boutique. It was easy to find and located on a quiet street. It is nearby public transit and a short walk to terrific restaurants. Check-in was fast and friendly. The room was clean and had nice amenities. The biggest issue occured on a Sunday afternoon. Despite extending the stay and reconfirming with front desk that we did not want to be disturbed to sleep in, there were several knocks on the door from staff. When I opened the door, the attitude of the front desk staff was icy, "Did you know check-out is at noon?" And I said, "Yes, and we extended our stay." She responded with a scowl, "When?" And I said Friday (also I had sent a message to the hotel a month prior). I could not fall back asleep after a very tiring day and was upset at the unpleasant and unprofessional exchange and poor attitude of this woman. Would I recommend the stay? Perhaps. I'm undecided whether I would want to return next year.
